Class 5nt  made drums with leo. Leo is a guy that makes drums for a living, he is very good at it. he helped us make them. Now he is helping us learn how toplay on them. their are 2 differant sounds that the drum can make it can make a high sound and a low sound. you make the high sound by using you finger tips and hitting by the ridge of t he drum. you make the low sound by hitting the middle of the drum. Making drums with leo is fun. one time you should try making a drum of your own!!

On the  march break i went to Egypt. It was an awesome expeiance. I went to Sharm El Sheilk first then to Luxor and then to Cairo. I was in Egypt for 2 weeks. In Cairo I got to see the pyramids they were fantastic and very big, the first pyramid was a step pyramid and then the triangular shped pyramid.I also got to go on a camel ride and so did my dad the camel that I rode’s namee was mickey mouse and my dad rode micheal jackson. I had an awesome time in Egypt.

S: The canadian government is changing our paper bills to plastic and today me and kayla are going to be debating about it.

K: I think that the paper bills should be changed to plastic.

S: How could think that i think that they should just stay the sam.

K: I don’t because it is better for they enviorment and it is alot stronger then paper.

S: But…

K: Wait i’m not done!… For example paper money will rip easyer. Like one time me and my sister were fighting over who  owned a fifty dollar bill and we each grabbed an end and sterting pulling,and it ended up riping.That would of never happend if it was made of plastic.

Dear Mr. Toft,

my daughter Sydney is extremely disappointed that she could not bring her pet alligator Sandy to school for show and tell. I was wondering if you could please consider changing your answer.it would be very educational for the class because they would get to learn a little  about alligators. Also Sandy would also be very happy because she would get to go outside and maybe even have her very first ice cream sundae. So could you please let my poor and sad daughter Sydney bring her precios sandy to school.

My favourite book is called Harriet’s hare by: Dick King-Smith!

Harriet’s Hare is about a girl named Harriet and she finds a alien from space named Wiz, wiz’s friends abandoned him so he is stuck on earth. Wiz is disguisedas a hare but he can change into anything that he wants to. Harriet and wiz have to find a way to get wizback to his planet of pars without  anyone else finding out about him.but in the end everything tuns outgreat!

I would recomendthis book to anyone bacauseI think that it is a great book, that is not very long but is very exciting and interesting and you will want to read it over and over again.
